We are a mobile seafood company, owned and operated by a fisherman. We catch and sell directly to the consumer. You'll find Rich on the boat most mornings pulling traps for blue crab or throwing a net for fish.
Our seafood comes from the Gulf, Bays, and the Rivers of Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
Call or Text 941-685-2657 to find out more about pick up locations and delivery.
Our MISSION is to provide you with fresh wild caught seafood. We catch what we sell and we support Florida commercial fisheries and the families that operate them. 12 live Blue Crabs (cleaned and cut in half), 1/4 cup Olive Oil, 1/4 cup chopped Garlic, 1 Stick Butter, 1/4 cup water, 1 tablespoon chopped Thai basil, 1 pinch salt, 1 teaspoon JOJO spice
1. Clean the blue crabs (google can show you)
2. On the stovetop, heat the olive oil and garlic in a pot large enough to hold all the crabs
3. When the garlic starts to brown add the butter and remove from the heat
4. Add the salt, JOJO spice, or Old Bay, and stir
5. Grill the crabs on each side until it turns red.
6. Add the crabs to the garlic butter pot, add 1/3 cup water, cover, and cook for 8 minutes at low/medium heat (number 3 on our electric stove top)
